Bruz: Could this 40 be any more BORING?! Think about it... "Busch LIGHT". OH YAY!!! Nope. I said the same thing about Bud Light. Anheuser-Busch + light beer = BORING. Very weak buzz (I think the tiny feeling I have is from being tired rather than the alcohol)... and it wasn't as smooth as regular Busch. Not a bad taste in the least, and it got better as I progressed (which is odd). Maybe cuz it tastes so watered down... I dunno. I have nothing left to say. Overall rating is 4/10 swills. Thanks out to troutkilla77, Fat John, & 662 for some of these!

I used to see shitheads drinking it by the caseload in school so I avoided it like the plague for a long time

It's not bad for a light beer though
I'd take it bud light or coors light any day

started out alright, refreshing after walking in the door from work
got tired of drinking it pretty quick
no buzz, you know the story

new label is pretty decent but that's really all its got going for it

ok for a light beer 40 I guess but after those initial first couple of sips they all taste the same honestly

9/20/10 40ozIsMyMiddleName: Just cracked open a fresh new label busch light. Found this in Saginaw, MI. Its regularly available around where I live, but I happened to notice the new label pop out at me while I was in the gas station.

I really like the new label for busch light. Hopefully AB updates the busch regular and busch ice labels (that is if they even still make busch ice in 40s, never see it around anymore)

Busch light is a really popular beer in Michigan. I've never personally been a fan. The regular is tolerable, but busch light is just too watery. I'm more of an ice beer drinker so this beer is never in my rotation of even occasionally consumed 40s. Cost 2.19 and ended up buying 2 of them, 1 to trade. I would personally rather have a pabst, old milwaukee or genesee for cheaper.

AB has really done a great job on freshening up the label for busch light. The old label was much too plain and boring.

Didn't catch any buzz off this 40. Drank it in under 15 minutes. The taste was pretty uniform throughout the whole bottle.

Gonna have to give this one with a 2.5/10.

7/10/08 d07c0m: I don't mind Busch but Busch Light sucks. First sips were ice cold and not too bad but it went straight downhill from there. Weird flavor. Bad flavor. Terrible Flavor. Low alcohol but still makes me feel kinda shitty. The new label rocks, however! Thanks to troutkilla for this one but I will avoid it in the future.

91firebird: Got this through a hookup in Houston. What a shit beer. It tasted like perfume the whole way. It's so watered down and it has that AB taste to it that all their beers have. Buzz factor was non existant. I could probably drink 3 or 4 of these just for a buzz. Only reason I got it was to add it to the collection. Would only drink this again if I absolutely had no other choice. There's bad beer 40's and then there's Busch 40's. overall 2/10 swills.

neufutur: Busch Light is miles ahead from Bud Select and Natty Ice in regards to the flavor of the beer. Like the rest of the A-B beer line, there is little to nothing in the way of a buzz possible with this 40. The beer is inoffensive and tastes pretty decently at times, even though it was made over 6 months ago (picked it up for Brooks but trade fell through). The swill is flavored in the same way as the 40, so for the cost of the 40 ($1.29 or so), one would not do badly to pick up a 40 of Busch Light. This is about a 6 on the taste scale and a 5 on the swill scale.

satan165: i had a premintion i would find this up here in wisconsin and somehow i was right youd think it might have no taste at all but thats not really the case. it has a nutty almost taste and doesnt seem watered down although it definately is. this is suprisingly good, pretty much as good as the PBR i had before it. taste B- buzz F+

Tiger Tai: drank my first Busch Light a couple days ago thanks to 662. anyway again as with Busch I wasn't really feelin Busch Light. tasted just like a regular light beer, i.e. Bud Light. pretty smooth and not bad tasting just average. it also gave me no buzz at all. I'd rate Busch Light 4 of 10 Swills cuz it's just an average light beer....
