Bruz: Remember that old Sega Genesis game "Two Crude Dudes"? Well this was "too smooth dude". Duh. Actually, it was fairly smooth, as much as any bad ice beer... and not bad in a bad way, bad in a "cheap beer" way. Forty fluid ounces of cheap ice beer, straight out da bottle. Complete with foamy burps, to boot. No idea what the ABV is on this but it can't be much, cuz if the buzz were sold in jars, it'd be labeled as "Mild". Overall, 6.5/10 swills... a solid 40, but no game changer. Thanks out to havinafett for this, and props to PhivePointOhhh for discovering it & providing the locations.

I did actually catch a lil buzz from it though, which was its saving grace

I really dislike ice beers in general, but Four O ice was pretty good, probably cause it wasn't "ice" tasting at all.

The first sip had a weird skunky bitter taste. But after the first few drinks, it was fine.

I give it 7/10

4/27/10 40zIsMyMiddleName: This 40 was an unexpected find while looking for crazy stallions in Indianapolis.

The label is the best thing about this 40.

Tasted very flat and watery to me, unlike any ice beer I've ever had. I didn't get much of a buzz if any from this 40.

Not surprised this one was bad because I never have liked Four O.

I'll give this 3/10, just because it has a great label.

10/12/09 40zForSatan: Four O Ice has such a great label, it's too bad it has to be the shittiest brew ever. I was immediately disappointed with this one. I took my first gulp and it tasted like water with a foul hint of four o mixed in. I would say it tastes like someone drank a four o down to the swill then filled it up with water. This gave no buzz. This is the wackest 40 I've ever dealt with.

10/5/09 91firebird: Big shout out to The Fear and havinafett for the hookup on the Four O Ice beer 40. Both sent me one so naturally I gotta give both credit . This is such an awesome bottle to add to the collection. On to the review, this produces a nice crack with an ok hiss. Smells kinda funny but nothing like Four O malt liquor. I had this in a 24 oz can the other day and I was very surprised by the taste of this beer. Usually Ice beers have a full flavor and a "bite" at the end. This was very light tasting both out of a can and out of a 40. It's definately easy to pound because of that and makes for easy swillin. There's this syrupy taste that takes a while to get used to but its still very tolerable. This 40 tastes pretty good cold although on the flipside I can see this tasting like garbage if it were drank warm. One thing I would have liked a little more would have been some more carbonation. This was a little too smooth for my liking but good none the less. Overall a decent 40 and a wicked adddition to my collection. All in all this gets a 8/10 swills.

First sip was had the same sweat taste as Four O, suprised me cause I thought this was just an Ice Beer....But then with the the more I drank the taste changed and it was jsut a normal beer, It went down with ease and was ok but down by the bottom of the beer, I got that Four O taste again strange the malt changed on me a few times....

I would give this a 6 out of 10 for taste and a 10 out of 10 for label a 5 out of 10 for buzz and a 2 out of 10 for hangover the next morning

9/22/09 itsdanko: I picked this 40 up when I met with Brezz and Fear in PA. I've had numerous 24s and enjoyed them, so i was eager to try out the 40. As the time got close I started to get worried about this one (mostly because my last experience with a Four O Ice was a 24 that I had in my room for over a month). Cracked this open and the fun begins....

The original taste I thought was just watered down beer, almost zero flavor to it whatsoever. As I got further into it the taste reminded me that it was made by Four O.... nothing crazy, but just enough of a flavor to put a little oomph into the watery taste.

Hardly any burps, which made it difficult to get it down (concidering I got 7/8s of the bottle down in just over 7 minutes). Done, and I'd rate this 6/10... pretty good taste, buzz is whatever, label (in my opinion) is better looking then the Four O malt. I'd say its worth a shot....

9/20/09 havinafett: Four O Ice Beer.

New shit hardly pops up anywhere around me so I was really looking forward to taking a short drive and grabbing this.
Cracked it open and immediately smelled that distinct Four O type smell.
This stuff had a lot of the same flavor as regular Four O to me. Without the 10% alcohol taste. It's really nothing special as far as taste/buzz go.
Imagine Four O Light I guess.
Thats what it felt like to me.
Held its flavor pretty well until the end, gotta give it that.
Cool to get something brand new, but not really something thats worth getting multiple times.
Still, glad to be one of the first to try this.

5/10 overall because I'm feeling generous and the bottle looks pretty awesome.
