Bruz: I drank this Golden ML last night. The guy who sold this to my buddy guaranteed that it was at least 3 years old, maybe as old as 6. However, this tasted just fine, no complaints aside from the fairly raunchy swill. But there was NO effect, it was like drinking a 40 of regular beer. So for being a beer-wannabe, this malt liquor 40 gets 6/10 swills.

11/22/09 d07c0m: I was pretty drunk when I started this but I remember the taste clearly.

It tasted like slightly off/skunked beer!

Other than that it was super smooth and quite carbonated!

Vicious hiss escaped the bottle as this malt was finally set free.

I'm glad I was able to drink this as it's from a different era.

If this is what malts tasted like way back when then I am very proud to have ripped one of these.

An epic piece of history? Indeed.

In it's prime I would have given this 9/10

This specific bottle was about a 5/10

Drastic Mezures: This is one damn good 40. It kinda tasted like Private Stock and had a decent buzz. I only had it twice back in the summer in '99, that was the last time I ever saw it. I found it at the Target gas station in Bay Shore. It was brewed in up-state NY. Both times I had it, it was great. I hope they bring this stuff back.

Frost: It's real good. Tastes like a combination of Bass, Coors Light, & Mississippi Mud.
