| Labatt Bleue Dry 7.1 |

Bruz: At first glance you may think "gee, this is only 1% stronger than regular Labatt Bleue Dry, big f'in deal!" - and in essence, you are right. However, the 7% range has always been in my opinion the perfect range for a beer's alcohol content. And after drinking this, I remain steadfast in my opinion. This is my favorite of the Labatt Bleue/Dry brands. Great taste, flows down your throat great, and gives you a nice mild buzz... not a buzz that should get you into much trouble, yet one that will leave you feeling better about things. The only negative here for me is it still retains that "dry canadian beer" taste that isn't my favorite style in the world - if this were brewed like an american style malt liquor, I'd be even more of a fan. It still earns a respectable 7/10 swills from me, though! |

11/16/09 d07c0m: Possibly the smoothest of the Bleue Dry club. First sip didn't taste like much at all, the rest was the same. Didn't even have much of a beer taste, just watery. Not at all syrupy like the 10.1 cousin. Ripped it down pretty fast while watching Pimp My Ride and Jackass. Not much of a buzz but enjoyable nonetheless. 6/10 |

forcer40: When I first cracked this forty the smell was very similar to the original Bleu Dry. It went down smooth with out any harsh tastes. Nothing spectacular but it is a forty I can see my self drinking for a nice relaxed night. The swill was a bit off but nothing to really complain about. 7/10 |

orentha: Swilled this last night. It tasted better than I had imagined. I am not a fan of Labatt products and I'm not a fan of Dry beers, but this was not too bad. It tastes like normal Labatt Bleue except a much higher percentage. I'd give it 5/10. |

ThUgWiGGa: This shit is good. Tastes like a normal dry CANADIAN brew, crisp, almost refreshing, but its over a percent more than normal dry beers. It does not taste like a 7% beer at all, i couldnt tell the difference from a 5%. I was at a party and my 40 was sitting out for a good while as i took shots and beer bonged etc. yet it still tasted fine, even warm! I'm glad i fucked up and bought 2 in montreal so i can enjoy it again. 8/10 |
