Bruz: Shottie scored this for me months ago, we planned on exchanging 40s next time we met... and well, today (4/17/05) the legendary satan165 happened to be in NJ so I rolled over to his hotel for what would be the beginnings of a sick 40oz Crew meeting. I was the 1st to arrive & Shottie was 1 minute behind me, with a case of assorted 40s in hand, including my Force 10! Somehow he kept it nice & cold, so I immediately pulled it out of the case & cracked it. It's got a very unique funky taste - not good but not that bad really either. Dranken on this with an empty stomach (danish in the morning but that's been it so far & it's 3:30pm now), so no doubt drunken times are to follow. Shottie & satan165 are blazing on the balcony of satan's hotel room, in the warm spring air. Starting to feel a good buzz with 1/4 left. ImissMy64oz, White Mike, Drastic Mezures, & Beerface are all here now too. Lookin forward to soakin some of this up with some fat sandwiches from the grease trucks later! Not a great taste, but definitely unique, plus a good buzz gets this 40 a 6.5/10 swills.

Buzzcore: No question, this is the easiest drinking hi-octane 40 I've had, so far. Nice smooth and dry flavor. Great label graphics, as well. Seek this one out for sure! 9/10, even without the 'Force Ten from Navarone' jokes!

forcer40: This new found forty had me a bit scared to open it. The previous ten percent forties excluding black bulll have been for the most part terrible. This forty on the other hand is quite bearable. It actually tastes better then there new 8%. I kept mine chilled which allowed for a smoother chug. Not too sweet and provides a decent swill. The buzz factor is up there considering its mild taste. I would recomend this ten percent if no black bull was in sight. 8/10 swills.

mtl514: im from mtl the home of the wildcat 10%, if im gettin a forty its all i get, pound for pound at my dep it gets the job done the best as far as 10% go id give it a 9.5/10 just cuz therez always room for improvement

First of all Labatt Wildcat's beers as known as junk bunch beers up in Montreal, only broke as niggaz drink this crap.

Wildcat 4.9% / Dry / Strong are pretty weak and I usualy don't drink this.

But Force's 7 - 8 - 10 are goods.

By the way, ''Force'' is a French word who mean ''Strength''

Force 10 is incredibly smooth for a 10% that's crazy I think it's the smoothest 10% around Montreal smoother then Black Bull and CBL BIG 10 for sure !!

Smell like a typical Labatt beer such as Blue Dry 6.1% the taste is surprisingly good for a 10%

Not as cheap as Black Bull but in my opinion it's the best tasting 10% around !!

definately reminiscent of perfect 10 and axhead/rockhead
they call this quality 'fuesly'
meaning strong astringent taste of alcohol
i guess this isnt that strong
ive had worse 40s (even those that were weaker like silver ice and lucky number) in this quality

its probably my least favorite quality in a 40
one that makes me dump it
but the mountain crest brands to which i alreayd drew parallels dont have it to the level where i dump

and im trying to remember the sip of 64s lucky lager force 10 i had
the black bull was a LONG time ago
and ive decided that the lucky lager might have been alot worse then i remember the taste i had was good but it might have been less enjoyable if i could have a few more drinks

i would love to drink a wildcat 7 or 8 or even dry or strong
antythign weaker
but ill bet even the 8% is substantially better

i do get the flavors of the good candian strong beer flavor like EOS
but it is being covered up by astingent which is a waste
its like the 'strong beer'/astringent ratio is like 70-30 in this
and ill bet even in the 8% its like 50-50 which is just fine
when you get down to the weak sub-5% 'dry' its pure 'strong beer' taste (tho ironically that aint strong at all)
this 40 made me think
its elements were known to me but the way in which they are arranged in terms of its overall flavor is unique

sippin apache: used to have these once in awhile back in the day. Had one tonight. I now regularly stick to the malts but felt like a strong beer tonight. I had forgotten how smooth and cool this brew was.

At 10% it kicks your ass pretty rapidly, yet the buzz is stable and enjoyable. regular widemouth, no crack, no hiss.(typical for Canadian 40s). 9/10 stars. Nothing to say against it. Good strong 40, only need to drink 1= good buzz for the $.
