Caballero Aguila

This is a porter/stout style beer from Cervecera Mexicana S.A. De C.V. in Mexico. Caballero Aguila means "Eagle Knight". Eagle knights were a special class of infantry soldier in the Aztec army. They were comprised of the bravest soldiers of noble birth and those who had taken the greatest number of prisoners in battle. Of all the Aztec warriors, the eagle knights were the most feared. The eagle knight/warrior is often used as a symbol by companies to denote strength, aggressiveness, competitiveness, and remembrance of the ancient cultures of Mexico. However, at 5% ABV I don't think Caballero Aguila is promoting its strength.
