Olde English HG 800 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() When Olde English HG 800 was first released it was believed to be the same beer as Olde English Ice 800, weighing in at the same alcohol content of 8% ABV. Drinking it told me otherwise. When this was a brand new brand I thought it was absolutely horrible and barely drinkable, giving it a rating of 1/10 swills. MillerCoors must have changed the recipe because it became a much more tolerable and average tasting high gravity. However, my first impression has left me scarred and I still hesitate to buy and drink this. Honestly though, it's very decent. 6.5/10 swills. I need the variant pictured on the bottom.
