Steelhead Brewery  Steelhead Brewery in Eugene, OR used to use 40s as growlers for their customers to get their beer to-go. Whatever beer of theirs it was filled with would be handwritten on the label. Other craft breweries have done this over the years as well, including Deschutes Brewery and Batch Brewing.
