Viper  Viper, also known as Viper HG or HG Viper, was produced for SGA Corp. in Springboro, OH, by Jones Brewing Co. in Pittsburgh, PA. Advertisements for this brand listed it at 8.2% ABV but I'm here to tell you that was a rampant boldfaced lie and that this beer was definitely not a "high gravity". When I twisted the cap, there was no hiss of escaping carbonation. The beer went down incredibly easy, just like a basic cheap beer as opposed to a malt liquor, let alone a high gravity malt liquor. I'm certain this wasn't actually stronger than 5% ABV. 7/10 swills for flowing down smooth and having a cool name and label. Reviews | Return |
